Job Description

Our long time client, a leading construction company in Bergen County, NJ, is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an onsite role and the hours are M-F from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The hourly pay range for this role is $23.00-$25.00 (maximum) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insuring/documenting all working vehicles are of legal status. Administration of vehicle registrations, distribution of renewals, and replacement plates or credentials.
  • Licensing and titling of vehicles and trailers as needed. Completing necessary paperwork and coordinating completion through NJMVC. Handling title issues, securing duplicate titles or transferring titles.
  • Handling insurance cards and POC for handling copies needed for new vehicles and misplaced cards.
  • Administering/managing GPS and dashcam systems, users, software, and hardware. Accountability of unused GPS hardware and cameras. POC for GPS issues.
  • Administration of company EZ pass account. Tracking/accounting for transponders. Generating weekly EZ pass toll reports and handling violations.

YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:

  • Administrative experience working with a fleet, or in construction, transportation or maintenance.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping.
  • Accurate Data Entry
  • Microsoft Excel experience 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
